We collect the following data when you use SongLove: • Email address — upon registration and login • Name — if provided during registration • Payment data — processed exclusively through our payment provider Stripe and never stored on our servers • Generated songs — occasion, genre, mood, text prompt, and the created audio files • Usage data — time of creation, selected plan, number of songs created
Your data is processed exclusively to provide the SongLove service: • Creating and delivering personalized songs • Processing payments and managing subscriptions • Sending transactional emails (registration, password reset, purchase confirmation) • Ensuring the functionality and security of the platform

We only share personal data with the following service providers insofar as this is necessary to provide our service or analyze usage: • Stripe (Stripe, Inc., USA) — Payment processing. Stripe processes your payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy (PCI-DSS compliant). • ElevenLabs (ElevenLabs, Inc., USA) — AI music generation. Text prompts and song parameters are transmitted for song creation. • Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) — Database hosting on European servers (EU region). • Resend (Resend, Inc.) — Sending transactional emails (registration, password reset, purchase confirmation). • Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — Conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of advertisements. Pseudonymized usage data (page views, purchases) is transmitted to Meta. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. • Microsoft Clarity — Analysis of user behavior through session recordings and heatmaps to improve usability. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. • Plausible Analytics — Privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. No personal data is collected.
Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the stated purposes: • Account data — until account deletion • Generated songs — until account deletion or upon request • Payment data — in accordance with statutory retention periods (up to 10 years per § 147 AO) • Usage data — anonymized after 12 months
